Did you know that if you choose to build a new home you are still able to have personalized representation from our team as your "Buyer's Agent" for free?  Just like the Seller on a re-sale pays the commission for all of the agents in the transaction, the builder does the same.  The sales agent in that new model works for the builder, not for you.  We pride ourselves on helping you navigate your way through the complexities of building a new home from choosing the right floor plan, assistance with understanding their sales contracts, obtaining financing, monitoring the construction phase by phase,  and finally attending the closing with you.  Don't go it alone!
